I expected more for what...

Liked: I liked that there was a shuttle service to and from the concert.
Disliked: The room had a very musty smell, and obvious stains in the bathrooms/bed. No complimentary breakfast was disappointing.

Disappointing

Liked: Location is great/staff was excellent
Disliked: The water pressure doesn't exist sink shower and toilets. I stayed in various rooms at different times yet it's the same issue. Considering at this point on finding another for these frequent visits.

Clean and convenient location

Liked: Location was great, room was spacious and clean. Indoor pool was nice.
Disliked: The onsite Bistro has strange hours and isn’t open late morning and afternoon. Also felt like they were rationing towels. If I book a room for 4 people why do we only have 3 towels. In addition the beds weren’t the most comfortable and only had 3 pillows each which doesn’t make sense on a double bed. Overall these aren’t dealbreakers but for the price shouldn’t be an issue. That being said I would stay here again because of the location and cleanliness.

Liked: I didn't have breakfast and the room wasn't as clean then expected
Disliked: The room could have been better cleaned the prices of the drinks was way over priced and the food in the lobby refrigerator was out dated

The hotel was nice and...

Liked: Location to Northwest Stadium
Disliked: It was very pricey at $411 but the only reason I stayed there because there weren’t many places left with vacancy when I booked

Small rooms. Location is great.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Coffee pot in room too small, cheap coffee. Starbucks serving coffee in a pot not fresh. Opens at 7:00am. Should open earlier. Closed during the day and reopens at 5:00pm. Coffee in a pot again. No real half and half.
