Disliked: No pool availability. They didn't have anyone to staff the free breakfast so you didn't get anything!

Disappointing

Liked: The front staff was amazing!
Disliked: The cleanliness! I was there 4 nights and never once was my bed cleaned! I had to go ask them to clean my room. I had to ask them to get more towels and toilet paper every day! House keeping isn’t the best here.

Our stay did not meet...

Disliked: Our hotel experience was horrible. I reserved this hotel in February and when we arrived, our room was not big enough for our reservation number. Our two children, ages 9 and 11, had to share a single bed which was not in the description of the reservation. The hotel was under construction and many of the construction areas were left unattended and open for anyone to walk into. There were no towels available for a majority of our stay. We were told the washer broke, etc. it was horrible. No housekeeping was done although we were asked if we wanted it since our stay was for 4 nights. Very disappointed and misled.

Liked: Tv in the bedroom didn’t work and the guy at the front desk said couldn’t nothing be done until Monday.. Defeats the whole purpose of getting a room with a bedroom so we can relax and watch tv while in the bed
