Liked: The location was okay to get to E. Lansing. Hot water for the shower, was very nice to have long lasting hot water. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The automatic sound machine on the nightstand was great to have handy to use for more sound sleep. The Meijer City Market store was nice next door and very helpful to have that there.
Disliked: The hotel was Medicore and I thought it would be much better than it was; paying to park is too expensive. Breakfast is not included, which I neglected to see that part. Very expensive rooms, Biggest problem - Ants in room (dropped a cookie crumb and they were all over by husband's ankle in the corner of the room) also more ants under the TV area. Bad acoustics; person above my head walking around for about 2 hours - sounded like had heals on. That was quite loud, thin walls/ceiling. No bathroom door hook. Also the coffee pot/coffee supplies were stationed at shin level, which was very weird and did not end up using as did not look very clean and sanitary. Also the phone on the nightstand was not cleaned, dusty and grimy.

Practically perfect in every way.

Liked: My second stay here. Central location is convenient to all the places I visited during my stay. Janice at the front desk was especially helpful in welcoming us, informing us about the property and amenities, recommending restaurants and more. She was wonderful. Housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. We felt well looked after.
Disliked: We needed more electrical outlets in the room. Not enough and not well placed. That’s really the only improvement I can think of.
