My wife and I cannot...

Liked: The room was clean and well set up. The front desk was very kind and helped me apply this stay to my rewards account so that I could earn my rewards even though I booked through booking.com. She informed me of all of the amenities that we could partake in and gave me a welcome bag. The location was great as well. It was just a short drive to our desired destinations.
Disliked: Two days prior to our arrival I had asked for a room with a tub and to adjust our arrival time. I did receive a response about our arrival time but did not receive one regarding a tub in our room. My wife decided that she would rather not bother them again with so many people coming in for a popular concert, so we let it be. The shower we had in our room had terrible pressure. I only wish they had responded to our request when we sent it. We were not disappointed with our room, but this was an inconvenience.
