Overall, the stay was okay.

Liked: Staff was friendly, liked the area that it was located, also the Starbucks inside.
Disliked: The room and bathroom was a bit small and crowded.

Not great

Disliked: 1st room dirty, 2nd room killed two roaches, pool closed in the middle of swimming because of glass. When checking out tried to double charge us. I paid online in booking. Told husband our card was declined and there was no payment.My daughter was really disappointed.

Very good

Disliked: The air conditioning could use an upgrade/ service and maybe more lighting in the room. Lastly the television is dimly lit or has an automated dimming.

Beside the room incident everything...

Liked: It was extremely clean the night staff was eager to help / answer any questions I had .
Disliked: I booked a queen room with two beds and when I arrived I was put in a queen room with one bed .
