Good stay in Kingston

Liked: Good location-next to hwy401 & walking distance with a small outletrange of facilities - swimming pool, gym. Unfortunately didnt get a chance to use them
Disliked: all good but no kettle in the room, only the coffee machine

Exceptional

Superb

Liked: It was wheelchair accessible, they even had a bath chair for my shower. My husband went to the lobby in am for breakfast to find out we had to pay for it. All the previous motels and hotels we have stayed at offer free continental breakfast in the morning. The receptionist told my husband that if we paid more for the room it would have the continental breakfast. The prices for the food on menu was ridiculous. Also when we looked at the pool, the slide and hot tub were closed Thankyou

Sadly disappointed in customer service,...

Liked: The location of the courtyard to the 401 would have been an excellent option
Disliked: But unfortunately, I had to stand at the reception area for close to 15 minutes, waiting to be served! Therefore, at this time, I am unable to give a proper review! Next time I am in Kingston, I will try the courtyard again and hopefully be able to give it a proper review!
