Excellent hotel and exceptional staff

Liked: We love the breakfast choices at The Courtyard, the staff are so so helpful with my husband being in a wheelchair which is a very big bonus. The rooms are super, very accessible for a wheelchair and the wet room is fabulous
Disliked: There's nothing that I can think of that could improve The Courtyard

Liked: Had a very nice stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice,quiet location. Very clean hotel throughout. While other hotels are cutting down on consumables, it is not the case here. Attention to details at its best.
Disliked: There's nothing we did not like.

Disliked: The staff were more interested in the fact that I had not pre-booked breakfast rather than help me with my luggage, I booked a disabled room and struggled with my luggage. They could not find me something to eat. My train was delayed and I called from the train asking for some food only to be told that the kitchen was closed. I said surely the could find some cheese and fruit. The answer was no. At breakfast I was again quizzed about not paying I was with a guest so this was somewhat awkward. I eventually said at least let us eat and that I would pay. Your people appear to lack the human touch following process rather than concern for the guest.
