Great hotel delivering again

Liked: Another stay at this great hotel. Love the location, right beside Keele Uni. The hotel is clean and quiet and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Great parking right outside. Breakfast is excellent. Nothing not to like!

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Pleased it was cooked to order. Also good gluten free options available for some items.
Disliked: Quality of bacon. & sausage could have been better. Honey & Jam pre-packaged would have been appreciated- had to take my toast to the honey jar table to drizzle some on.

Great location for Keele University...

Liked: I was attending a conference at Keele University so it was a brilliant location for the event.The rooms were very comfortable and modern with good decor.The staff were friendly and helpful.The parking was very good and free.
Disliked: The pillow were a bit strange (long and too big) and not the most comfortable.

Liked: Very clean. Breakfast good range and quantity.
Disliked: Bed sheet a bit small, had to remake and still couldn't get tight and tucked under mattress so slid about a bit.Not aware fee for parking so that annoyed me.
