Liked: Breakfast menu was great. I especially liked that Starbucks coffee was served. Enjoyed the lounge/eating area and spent a great deal of time there.
Disliked: Please add some vegan options to your evening meal menu. I have a serious dairy allergy. Thank goodness the bartender was able to make my food to order otherwise I would have gone hungry.

Liked: Shower pressure was great
Disliked: I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was a given a room with a king size bed.I was traveling my with 6’4” son and his wife, which is why I booked a room with 2 beds.The hotel was full and I could not get another room. I guess I just don’t understand making a reservation and then getting something different than what I reserved. It was late and we had an exhausting day so we had to make do, but just very disappointing.

Liked: loved that they had a little convenience market. the staff was extremely helpful and i’m so grateful i was able to book with them. super clean and comfortable, loved the pool.
Disliked: nothing. they accommodated to everything i could’ve needed, from early check in to extending my stay due to car troubles. i’m so fortunate that my trip was able to end as well as it did.

Disliked: Pillows need to be thicker, exhaust fan in bathroom needs updating & a mirror needs to be added in the main room

Liked: Outside Space was very nice. A room was comfortable and easy to access.
Disliked: The front desk clerk initially could not find our reservation. They were offering to allow us to pay again for a room similar to the one that we had booked with booking.com but the front desk clerk initially said she didn’t see the reservation couldn’t find it under my name or under the confirmation number. Fortunately, there was another desk clerk, who was able to find it after about30 minutes. But coordination between the hotel and booking.com was suboptimal.
