Very nice hotel & staff...

Liked: Location is great when the interstate is open!! Love the lighting has been upgraded in the room.
Disliked: Pillows need to be thicker, exhaust fan in bathroom needs updating & a mirror needs to be added in the main room

Liked: Outside Space was very nice. A room was comfortable and easy to access.
Disliked: The front desk clerk initially could not find our reservation. They were offering to allow us to pay again for a room similar to the one that we had booked with booking.com but the front desk clerk initially said she didn’t see the reservation couldn’t find it under my name or under the confirmation number. Fortunately, there was another desk clerk, who was able to find it after about30 minutes. But coordination between the hotel and booking.com was suboptimal.

The quality did not meet...

Liked: The bistro breakfast we paid for was good.The staff was nice. The room was clean and bed comfortable.
Disliked: We couldn't close the bathroom door due to some building settling issue. It gapped a out 4-5 inches.There was no parking due to some construction equipment, so we had to park across the street at a restaurant.

Exceptional

It was a great overnight...

Liked: I thought the drinks and the service at the bar was exceptional. The room was clean and just lovely. I was very impressed and I would stay here again.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like.
