Liked: Hotel was right next to Overland center making it super convenient. Just the average Courtyard hotel.
Disliked: Starbucks located in the hotel did not work on regular schedule.

Don't be fooled by the...

Liked: The staff is the only thing this place has that is on par with what I expect of a Marriott hotel. They were friendly and did a good job with a quick check-in. We enjoyed the location of this property because it is close to the Children's Hospital for our son's doctor's appointments.
Disliked: We stayed in August 2025. The hotel is dirty, uncomfortable, and overpriced. The floors, walls, pool area, and almost every surface have some sort of filth or deterioration. The carpets are filthy and worn and should be replaced. The wallpaper around the elevators is falling down, the stainless steel around the elevator (5th floor) has hand prints that have been there long enough to have rusted into the surface, the towels are threadbare, and the pillows are very thin and need to be replaced. The beds are lumpy, and hey, they don't have simple smart TVs for streaming, so you'd better bring an HDMI cord. This hotel is not up to standard for a Courtyard by Marriott. It needs a renovation.

Very comfy. Clean. Great staff.

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and gym. The Bistro was nice as well.
Disliked: The only issue we had was that the top of the dresser had some damage to it.
