Wouldn’t go back!

Liked: It was close to several restaurants
Disliked: Room was dirty! Room had an ant problem!

Liked: The room was clean, spacious! Nice ordered breakfast!
Disliked: Hardly any laundry units and beds were not at all Queen size and not very comfortable.

Exceptional

If we had been in...

Liked: Close to the facility we were going to for volleyball tournament.
Disliked: We couldn’t eat breakfast because it started at 7 and we had to leave at 7. We were all very tired at my daughter’s volleyball tournament because we didn’t sleep very well due to the fact that the air conditioning in the room was working but not well. It was very loud when it would kick on and run for about 30 seconds and then kick back off, also very loud. But never cooled off the room. When we first checked in at 7:30 it was 82 degrees in the room. We turned it down to 65 (as low as it would go) and by 6 am when we got up it was 74. It was a very loud night with it kicking on every 6 or 7 min to do nothing to help with the temp but wake us up to remind us we were hot! We had to leave so quickly we didn’t get a chance to talk to the front desk because there was a long line at the desk and we had to get our daughter to her tournament. I left my pillow there because we were in a hurry so I was planning on coming back this weekend to hopefully pick it up and let them know about the room ac problem.
