Disappointing

Liked: The staff were super nice and friendly and helpful when needed.
Disliked: We had no hot water in our room. We let it run for 20 minutes. Called the front they said maintenence said they weren't aware of any issues and to let it run a few minutes. We left and returned late that night and the front desk said we'd just move rooms. We did. Also no ht water. The chief engineer was aware but dint have a solution. Woke up the next morning around 1030 and there was hot water. I assume that maintenance didnt want to fix the issue on a friday afternoon so we were out of luck to shower.

Superb

Liked: Almost everything.
Disliked: We had other guests that had kids running in and out of the hot tub while other adults were in there. Jumping in and on people. Screaming at the top of their lungs. Staff replied with there's not much we can do. Uh no. Im also in the hotel industry and yes you very much can do something about this. Other than that the staff was lovely and the hotel was beautiful.
