Liked: We didn't have complimentary breakfast and the location was great! We were able to walk to Longhorn that night before it closed.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that we paid all that money for a room with no microwave. The refrigerator was to small as well. I never have the wifi password, either.

Liked: Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Having Starbucks and a bar onsite was nice for morning and evening drinks.
Disliked: Rooms don't have a microwave which was a little inconvenient. Room service food was ok.

Unauthorized triplicate charges for the...

Liked: Room was good
Disliked: My debit card was swiped 3x instead of once for the total cost of the stay. No one mentioned this would happen, and I was not informed on checkout. I discovered it when I tried to purchase a coffee and my card was declined. I was traveling for a death in the family. The 2 unauthorized charges reduced my accessible cash to $0.48, which obviously added a stress to an already awful week. I had to go back to the hotel to try to get them to reverse the unauthorized charges. They said they could not and that the charges had to process through my bank until reversed, which would take days. Then I had to move money around just to be able to get a coffee and breakfast before heading to the funeral home. The room was fine, but the extra charges are not acceptable and ruined what would have been an otherwise good stay.
