Disliked: Bed wasn’t made even once while we stayed there. They came and changed out the towels but left the bed as-is which was very strange.

Disliked: Chose to stay here due to location to ball park for tournament and so the kids could swim in the pool after a long hot day of playing in many softball games, however, the pool was out of order. This was not posted to the hotel's website. What was posted to the site was a bar and restaurant to get food and breakfast but there was not staff available to make drinks or prepare food. No refund was provided even though the breakfast advertised was not available. We were told their cook did not show up for work that day. We had to have food delivered that night then go out to breakfast after we checked out. The room was not vacuumed before we arrived. There were bottle tops and pieces of food under the chairs in our room. The luggage stand was unusable, had an entire leg broken off. Although we asked, we were told we could not be refunded any amount for the terrible experience and that it isn't their fault that they can't find anyone who wants to work so that's why they're understaffed. They wouldn't even remove the $4.16 parking fee! What a rip-off. They do not care about the guests or the guest's experience at their facility. They only want money. I've never done a negative review on a hotel I've stayed at before but felt compelled & obligated to do so in this situation. Seriously folks, save yourself some disappointment and stay at some other hotel.
