Disliked: No safes in the rooms. Didn't receive and room service at all. Young kids were allowed to play in hot tub with no supervision. Parking too expensive

Liked: The ocean.the beds are great.
Disliked: They charge 18.00 for parking your car in their parking lot. They had men painting out the room,looking into their room.and they do charge for breakfast!!

Disappointed

Disliked: Very disappointed! Did all my research with reviews and would not have expected what I experienced! Upon arrival and departure, had no luggage cart to use(we had tons of bags to load up 4 flights of stairs because both elevators were broke). Smelled like skunk weed all in the halls and out on our balcony. Sliding door to balcony was broken and impossible to open and close and only had one roll of toilet paper in room. For over $300 a night, I expected so much more! Staff and customer service was very rude! Never again!

Liked: Very nice place to stay!However parking fills up quick but right across the small road with mostly foot traffic is the overflow not a problem at all Very clean, nice beach access,awesome beach oceanfront view, quiet,close to the pier,comfortable beds,friendly front desk,very safe,decent pool bar,relaxing atmosphere

Liked: View and room wonderful. staff did store our luggage while we waited for our room
Disliked: Room was not ready, had to leave and return. I believe we were moved to accomodate others and placed at the very end over the rentals Fan in BR not working, maintenance not helpful said it worked with a fan above on the roof but did not exhaust any steam.
