Disliked: First the people next to us was complaining about noise when our family talk loudly smh.Secondly they charged my card 5 dollars and some change for some water we didn't even drink so I wasn't satisfied at all but I called the hotel and they did refund me my money but still i was very disappointed!!!

Liked: Location. It is located inside the Mayo Clinic campus.
Disliked: The room and the air conditioning smell mold. I had to leave air conditioning off during my stay (4 nights), and the window door open for ventilation (luckily there was insect screen)

Disliked: The older gentleman at the desk was very short and curt. My husband was admitted through the ER at Mayo Hospital. I called to confirm my reservation and to explain my situation. I also state that I had ordered DoorDash and gave my name. The gentleman at the desk refused to allow the driver to leave my food. He agreed when I spoke with him on the phone. When I asked he said "The driver did not speak English." I was out 60 and had to reorder from another place that was still open, as it was very late.Respectfully, Robin Bradshaw
