Courtyard by Marriott Irvine Spectrum

Relaxing last second spontaneous decision...

Liked: The restaurant/Starbucks area, the lobby, fitness gym pool area and lounge areas were all so clean and very well maintained. Our room looked and smelled very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. All the staff we had contact with were so friendly, courteous and kind. Being so close to the Irvine Spectrum, many restaurants and Laguna Beach was a huge bonus.
Disliked: As grateful as we were that Starbucks was even an option at this Courtyard, the menu was limited. Wish there were a little more menu options.

Disliked: I request concted room (1 suite + 1 double bed) and they confirmed it to my before 2 weeks and when we arrived I can't get my rooms and we stay at 2 different room than I requested for 2 day before we moved to our room that we request

Overall, great stay

Liked: The hotel is beautiful rooms are clean, comfortable overall very nice
Disliked: The window in my room was open and we have a toddler that tried to claim to mess with it. I didn’t think the rooms have windows open up when your that high up
