We attended a concert at Pike Performing Arts Center. The location of this hotel is perfect. We had a very nice room. We would recommend it without hesitation.

The stay was about a...

Liked: The manager Ricky is exceptional with trying to please everyone. He was able to accommodate my request for a double queen and he is attentive.I did not like asking for towels and the housekeeping staff did not check in to see if we wanted our room cleaned or to empty garbage daily. I did not like no microwave in the room. A shared microwave on each floor is not appropriate when you have a full house and not able to fulfill the needs of guests.

Disappointing

Disliked: We had no regular coffee in our room because the hotel was out, so when I asked the person at the front desk if they had any regular coffee, they pointed me toward the coffee dispenser across from the front desk. The coffee in the coffee dispenser was cold, so needless to say, no coffee for me 😢
