Hotel Bug Infestation

Liked: Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this hotel or Booking.com. Long story short my covers on my bed was dirty. I requested new ones which were also dirty. My room was infested with Asian Beatles and I was told by staff that they were harmless and it was nothing that they could do. They offered me a new room which was also infested with Asian Beatles. I contacted Booking.com and was told that I would have to pay them $85 to cancel my reservation or just sleep in that room. Booking.com also stated that I booked my reservation at my own free will and either I pay more money to cancel or I would have to stay in that room. Because I was on a business trip and did not feel comfortable I drove 4 hours home so I can sleep and drive back that morning for my meeting. This was a huge inconvenience and I will never book another Marriott hotel nor will I book through Booking.com

Liked: The room & location were excellent The pool was great - everyone really enjoyed it It was quiet - couldn't hear traffic from the hallways, other rooms, or outsideBed & pillows are the best!
Disliked: There's a Bistro for dining. Didn't see it being used by anyone. It's a nice spot - maybe need to reconsider the presentation? Make it more welcoming? The coffee in the bedroom is terrible.

Nice hotel

Liked: The room was nice, clean with a very comfortable bed. The pictures online do the hotel no justice.
Disliked: We could tell the door to the room had previously been damaged. They must have replaced it with a smaller door because there was gap that allowed you to see into the room from the hall and vice versa. My husband hung our suit bag over it to help block the view.
