Stayed for daughters gymnastics meet....

Liked: Beds were very comfy. Location great.
Disliked: Didn't get lots of sleep cause of noisy girls two rooms down. Pool room was very warm but water very cold. Tried ordering breakfast but no one was there right at 7 when they opened.

Liked: The king room seemed quite small. There were matted stains on the carpet and sofa cushions. We needed an extra blanket for the sofa bed because the one provided is quite small. However, staff informed me they were all out. We were disappointed by the limited breakfast options just to drive guests to purchase Starbucks items. The breakfast room was quite isolating from the rest of the lobby.

Disliked: We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. The room service was awful—long wait times, missing items, and a clear lack of attention to detail. It was evident that the hotel was severely short-staffed, as getting assistance for even the simplest requests felt like a hassle.The cleanliness was another major issue. The balcony was filthy, making it unusable, and it seemed like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. While the hotel has potential, the lack of proper service and upkeep really brought down the experience. For the price, I expected much better. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.
