It was wonderful.

Liked: We were on the 7th floor facing the ocean and I loved the huge sliding glass doors that opened up to the beach and, In my opinion, were better than having a balcony. I loved the sound of the waves. I loved the Nest brand soaps, gels, and creams provided. I loved the microwave in the room, as well as the usual fridge. The complimentary coffee in the lobby between 6AM and Noon. The breakfast burrito in your breakfast cafe was really good too.
Disliked: When you advertised a room online as being $198 a night and then it actually ends up being $398 a night because of all the add ons (an extra $35 a day to use the pool and facilities? Come on, that should be in the price of the room as it's not an option!) Then other hidden fees, seems like false advertising. Just put the true cost of the room to start with!

Liked: The location was perfect! You’re straight across from stores/restaurant, have private beach access, and far enough away from other resorts to not feel overly crowded.
Disliked: I really wish it would’ve been a breakfast included type of place, but it did have a cafe in it, if you want to spend to eat there.

Disliked: A particular staff person in breakfast dining area was very rude to customers & other staff. All other staff we encountered, especially the pool area bartender, were exceptional & went above & beyond. Not enough staff at breakfast area and at pool area bar. Only one person staffing each. Very long waits.
