Liked: Breakfast was not sufficient for the amount of people staying at this hotel. However, staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. Everything else was great.

Great staff, average hotel room...

Liked: The staff are the best part of this property. They are very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating and if it had not been for the staff at this location, I probably would not have enjoyed my stay at all. They did the best to help with correcting issues with the room, offering food recommendations, and generally just beingavailable to answer any questions or to provide good service. Hands down a 10 out of 10 for customer service!
Disliked: While the staff is great, there are some things above the hotel that they just can’t address in those things have a big influence on the quality of the stay. Which is unfortunate because again the staff is great.The things that I did not like are things that the staff most likely can’t fix. For instance, the hotel is a bit older so the bathrooms are dated, at times the air and heat did not seem to regulate properly, but they worked, and it is not in the most walkable area, but it isn’t far from other food and shopping. It seems a bit expensive for what you get. For instance there’s no restaurant, but there is a small café. There are laundry facilities, but the washer and dryer are a bit old and take quite a bit of time to clean and dry your clothes. The gym facility is very basic .
