Liked: Did not use breakfast because early appointment at MD Anderson was a conflict. Breakfast not complimentary was a disappointment. The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice.
Disliked: The shuttle service was not what I expected. It’s not as good as the Hyatt House. We could not use it. No free breakfast was a disappointment.

Liked: The staff and food was better than expected for a hotel breakfast.
Disliked: The bathroom light was wired into the room lights. The room.lights had to be turned on in order to turn the bathroom.light on. Kept on waking my wife when I got up at night to use the bathroom.

Liked: Good and comfy rooms, nice bar and Perry as a cook and bartender. Breakfast time is late for those who is on the business trip, so don’t buy room with the breakfast, not worth and you will loose both money and breakfast. Got some arrangements with coffee and yoghurt with bun in the bag… NOW VERY expensive breakfast. Should think about it
