Very comfortable!

Liked: The bed felt like a cloud and the AC kept the room freezing during a heatwave.
Disliked: A 24 hour shuttle to/from the airport would be great.

Disliked: Horrendous management and front desk workers. Rude beyond belief, will never stay here again.

Liked: The facility was clean and in a good location.
Disliked: I booked online thru booking.com a king size bed. When we arrived at the room after check in it was a double bed. We requested and paid for a king suite. When we discussed this with the front desk they informed us that due to a third party booking they cant guarante the rooms we booked. When I called booking.com they reached out to the manager and they gave me a 20.00 discount. The thing is that we slept in a very uncomfortable size bed due to the fact they mis booked. I wish they would have give me a heads up that I wasn't getting the room I booked as there were other hotels that where cheaper that had king beds.
