Courtyard by Marriott Hartford Manchester

The bartender and the front desk attendant provided excellent service. Room and pool were immaculate. Breakfast was delicious.

Disliked: I booked for a room with a balcony.

Couldn’t sleep. Will never book...

Disliked: My hotel room was dirty. There was feces on the rim of the toilet, the sheets had blood on it, I also found a false eye lash under the comforter. The balcony door was hard to open due to the screen being bent, balcony wasn’t clean

Liked: Comfortable beds and pillows & nice pool & hot tub.
Disliked: Grounds weren’t well maintained - dead bird next to the window by the hot tub for several days along with cigarettes despite no smoking signs everywhere, even saw an employee smoking. Poor room condition - upon arrival the room smelt musty, our toilet seat was broken, and inside partially dirty.No breakfast? My girlfriend went to get breakfast in the morning and was told the kitchen was closed due to the chef having something like a mental breakdown. Enthusiastic staff, everyone seemed either high, void of emotion, or both.
