I would stay here again...

Liked: Our stay at the courtyard Marriott was very enjoyable. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. The room was quiet. Staff did a great job at keeping it clean. Location was walking distance to many restaurants.
Disliked: There were definitely discrepancies about the property amenities, boasting complimentary coffee and tea and free breakfast. This property DOES NOT offer free lobby coffee/breakfast—both are at a fee. Thought it was my error, but had other couple at the property state the same misconception. Website information needs updated, please

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean, good location. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't included, which was an unpleasant surprise. I'm sure it wasn't listed while I was booking, but similar priced hotels have this amenity.

Very disappointed

Liked: The night shift worker at front desk. Very thoughtful and kind. If not for her we would have left.
Disliked: Our room was very dirty. We had one set of towels for a 3 person stay. The toilet had feces at the bottom. The vent were filthy in bathroom. The AC didn't work properly which made for a hot stay. Pool was closed and the gym ac was out. Which was miserable. We had our daughter which is why we booked with a pool. Also it said free breakfast when I booked , and we ended up spending 48 bucks for breakfast. Also you couldn't even see out of our window because the window Had so much condisation on it.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Condition of the hotel and the rooms. Toilet seat had a burn mark on it. Lamp shade was burned and discolored. No trash bags in baskets, hair on toilet seat. Curtain was hanging AC in hallway was not working at all and in the room was not working well either. Filter was clogged...I may have missed something.
