The staff in morning on...

Liked: The hotel was nice and clean.
Disliked: The 2 ladies who were working at 630 in the morning were rude. I reserved my room for 3 people. My husband went down to the front desk, to get a towel and wash cloth for my daughter, and the front desk staff said it is standard to only have 2 sets of washcloths and towels and asked why he need another. He explained the room was reserved for 3 guests. She told the other team member to go get a washcloth. When she came back she only had a washcloth no towel. He asked her about towel. She proceeded to be rude, obnoxious and obligatory. Please train your staff with the proper training skills, so they can give the customers, professional satisfaction and support,communication and customer service skills

Don’t waste your money staying...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: It was Terrible experience.1.There was dead cockroach on the floor which was not cleaned even after mentioned as part of next day cleaning .2.Floor had sand all over3.Bathroom door was not closing 4.No trash can in bathroom 5.Only two bath towels 6.Terrible service 7.Air conditioning is like in some motel rooms.

Poor

Liked: The front desk staff were very pleasant and understanding.
Disliked: I've stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and have NEVER had any issues like I did this time. The TV didnt work. The TV picture wouldn't come on. They changed my room and it looked like the shower floor had a bug and wasn't clean. So it was just very disappointing.
