Exceeded expectations.

Liked: Very clean & friendly staff!

The hotel shower looks like...

Liked: The African American lady at the front desk at Check out was very friendly and helpful. I loved the location and the rate.
Disliked: The guy at check in insisted on charging us $170 for a room that was fully paid for thru Bookings for $149. He said the bookings virtual card did not go thru. He charged us but supposedly canceled it and would not provide proof that it was canceled. He wrote a bogus note stating that we had to get refunded by Bookings. He claims this happens all the time. When we made him call a manager. He said we were clear with no further payment and he didn’t charge the card given that night.
