Disliked: We booked 2 rooms for our stay. One of the rooms, the floor was soaked. The AC was leaking water and the carpet was wet. Staff was quick to react and got us another room quickly. The showers are a bad design. Water poured out onto the bathroom floor as we showered. Had to use multiple towels to clean it up. Each night we were there, there were parties in the lobby which were very loud and went on late into the night. My room included breakfast but when I went to order, there were already multiple people who were waiting a long time on their food so I just had what was on the complimentary table. It was okay. But I felt I could have saved money and not had that included in my room rate. Overall, the staff was friendly. Just a lot going on and very overwhelming.
