Staff come first, guests come...

Liked: Not much at all
Disliked: There is an attitude in this hotel that guests are the imposters. The staff host their own parties/get togethers in the breakfast/lobby area, whilst the guests have to stand by and be inconvenienced. They are loud, yet none of them care that guests are trying to converse or are on business calls. It is clear that staff come first and guests come last. I also emailed this hotel twice prior to arrival, which went unanswered. Upon arrival we were advised that the elevator to the 4th floor (where our room was located) was out of service so we had to use the stairs to access our room. It was not repaired the following day and was still not repaired when we left the hotel.

Great stay in Hamilton!

Liked: We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect in proximity to Burlington (25min) and the near parks and waterfalls (10min) and supermarkets (5min). The parking was free and it was very specious! The room was super comfortable, with a cosy area to relax and watch TV. The bed was comfortable too. The bathroom was well maintained with a new shower installed. The hotel had a swimming pool, small shop and a restaurant to enjoy the breakfast, lunch and dinner, hence a perfect stay for us for a couple of days. The wall isolation was great and we didn’t hear any noise from the corridor. The staff was very friendly amd helpful!
