Liked: Comfortable room when I finally got through a LONG check in process (20 mins)
Disliked: staff were awful. website and booking.com say 'parking garage' - I have a 1.95m tall vehicle and no where was there a height restriction on either website. was charged the same amount for an outside parking lot space as the safe inside parking garage. Had a tyre let down overnight. couldnt see cameras so couldnt even ask for them to check, but by the morning I was not confident the staff would have helped anyway. Lovely looking hotel, BIG SHAME about the staff. even the morning staff werent great, friendlier but still inability to listen to customers is a big issue in this hotel. was in a motel the night after this and the customer service levels there could really help train the staff at this Marriot hotel. Expect more from a big name like marriot

Liked: From transport to and from the airport, to a clean and well equipped room, the hotel was a pleasure to stay in. As with most things, you get what you pay fior and the Courtyard did not disappoint. Excellent variety at the breakfast buffet.

Good airport hotel, with good...

Liked: Room is on ground floor, but no big issue. Just took a whule until hot water came. good quality, and shuttle works before 11 pm
Disliked: I think hotel is a bit overpriced
