False advertising
Liked: Staff was friendly room was clean.
Disliked: Booking advised as room WITH hot tub in the room. This was not the case! Charged $280 for a 10×10 box for a room with no hot tub or even tub for that matter... just a stand up shower.... the only reason I rented this room and paid $280 would have been there was a hot tub in the room....ruined the end of a great couples weekend . Will be requesting a full refund.

Everything else was great, but...
Liked: Welcoming, friendly service, great location.
Disliked: This was my second stay within a month, in two different Courtyard Marriott locations (the other in Norfolk, Virginia), where the bathrooms were not clean when I checked in. I considered the first one to be a fluke. But at my recent stay it was evident it had not been cleaned… their was hair and soap residue on the floor, fecal matter splattered around the rim of the inner toilet seat as well as urine stains on and under the toilet seat. Thankfully, front desk staff was great and handled it immediately, however, I was left with a feeling that if the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, were my sheets or anything else in the room cleaned?! It was an uneasy feeling, I’m not sure I want to pay to give Marriott a third chance to get it wrong.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: The TV don’t work in the first room they gave us so we called downstairs and had the front desk come and look at it. When he came up he said he wasn’t sure how to fix it so he offered us a new room. He was super friendly and apologetic. Unfortunately the second room they gave us also had a TB that didn’t work. After calling down again, the front desk said they would put an emergency work order in to have it fix. That was great though when the maintenance worker arrived, my wife and I were in the process of getting ready for the day (he came sometime around 9:30 AM) so it was just inconvenient timing.

Liked: The hotel room and staff were great. Our flight had been delayed and cancelled so we needed a place to lay over. We were exhausted and frustrated and got to the hotel late and the desk agent went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to get us in our room, relaxed and recharged.
