Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Overpaid for rooms using ConcertHotels - could have gotten rooms 75 dollars cheaper by just showing up. No water pressure in showers. No continental breakfast - was embarrassed. When I asked about it said I didn’t pay for it but it was in the contract. Could have stayed at a 5 star hotel for what we paid - didn’t even go back after the concert. Had to pay for coffee.

From the moment we walked in to the minute we walked out, everyone and everything was great. The room was beautiful, and everyone was so nice. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

Disliked: There is definitely a problem with the online check-in as that didn’t work in the lady that checked me in was not very friendly about it. That problem needs to be resolved to help your customers out. She was quite sassy saying it would’ve helped if I provided my phone number, but I did fill out the form properly. There’s some error on Marriott between online check-in and what the hotel receives.

Disliked: The room had a slight musty smell. There were also crumbs on the carpet. It had not been vacuumed.
