Disliked: Overpaid for rooms using ConcertHotels - could have gotten rooms 75 dollars cheaper by just showing up. No water pressure in showers. No continental breakfast - was embarrassed. When I asked about it said I didn’t pay for it but it was in the contract. Could have stayed at a 5 star hotel for what we paid - didn’t even go back after the concert. Had to pay for coffee.

From the moment we walked in to the minute we walked out, everyone and everything was great. The room was beautiful, and everyone was so nice. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

It was awful!!

Liked: Nothing false advertising! There were bugs in our room, hair in pillows and in sheets. The sink didn’t drain. The booking information said this was a beach side hotel, it also said there was free breakfast. We addressed these things with staff and was made to feel like they really didn’t care. Nothing was done to make this right.
Disliked: No bugs for starters!! Room was dirty, hair in pillows and in the beds. Flying ants all over in the room. Sink didn’t drain. Absolutely nothing done by staff. Advertised as beach front and breakfast that’s a lie.
