Frustrating

Disliked: We booked the room for 3 nights. When we arrived at 3:00am the front desk clerk deleted us from the system, said we didn’t check in before midnight so she deleted our room. After that got straightened out she took us to our room, well that was the wrong room she opened the door on sleeping guess. Then we had to wait to get the correct room keys. Then on Sunday when we arrived back to the hotel our keys did not work, went back downstairs to be told we had to check out before 1 well again we had another night!!! We booked through booking.com and prepaid but the hotel still charged our card. So good luck!
