Our experience was great other than knowing we had to hide our valuables every time we left the room. Not really any good places to eat except Bagger Dave's right next door. I was charged a $250.00 extra fee on my debit card after we got home. When I called to ask what it was for I was told it was for smoking in the room. I was given a number to call and talk with someone about this. I called and left a message and no one ever returned my call. No warning, no explanation, just charged my debit card $250.00! We even tipped the house keeping when leaving. My guests went downstairs and outside every time they had to smoke.

Liked: Nice location; close to our venue; connects to other buildings via Skywalk.
Disliked: Someone came in our room every time we left. No vent in the bathroom. Only place to eat was Bagger Dave's. Harassed by the local beggars and or/dealers that hung out by the entrances.

Close to the Intersection concert venue.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Price.

Pleasant

Liked: It is close to all the downtown attractions.
Disliked: The air conditioning wouldn’t go below 71 degrees.

Great stay for a couple...

Liked: Property was very well maintained and clean! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast from the bistro was perfect!
Disliked: Mini fridge in room did not work, noise level at night from the city noises were quite loud at times, excessive revving of engines by vehicles and motorcycles.

Liked: The location was awesome! The rooms were clean and up to date. Convenient food all around and a nice like walk way to the GLC venue. Loved the pillows and the air conditioner lol.
Disliked: Water pressure was kinda weak. And the in hotel restaurant wasn't that great. Also no redbull/monster in the mini convenience store/hotel refuel station

Exceptional

Liked: We really loved the feel of this hotel. Great People-Brittany at the Bar/restaurant was amazing, Staff was all very nive and accomodating especially when we needed a late check out for a Dr appt. They were even cleaning the elevator walls! Just a really great feel in the heart of GR. We had fun walking out the door and grabbing a scooter to go tour the city and the pool and hot tub were great as well. We will definitely be back

Liked: Really liked the location.
Disliked: Our shower didn’t really work. It was only hot water and to get any kind of water pressure, you had to make the water scolding hot. We weren’t able to really take a shower at all.
