Good choice for convenient access...

Liked: Easy access to the interstate for travel. Shower was strong and easy to regulate
Disliked: Free coffee wasn’t available during morning. $10 parking fee.

Disliked: Had to request housekeeping. $10 per day parking. Didn’t inform us there was a charge until we checked out. When checking in they just asked if we had a vehicle. Forgot to mention a cost.

It worked

Disliked: Coffee down stairs was ice cold/old at 630 in the morning

great customer service!

Liked: we had an issue with one of the mattresses, and the staff helped us tremendously. They also were able to move our rooms to accommodate four of us. We really appreciated their customer service!

The staff who checked us...

Disliked: The smell in our room, very stuffy. The room not soundproof at all. Could hear people in hallways and slamming door thru the night. The pull out bed was in poor condition. The price of room was overpriced for what we got in return.
