Friendly, polite staff. Couldn’t do enough for you. Made me feel at home. The rooms were well set out and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. After the concert there was security on the doors to check you were staying there which was a great touch as it made me feel very safe. Fantastic hotel with a great team. Definitely will be back, loved my stay. 1st class service.

Good in parts

Liked: Comfortable bed, decent TV, convenient food and snack bar in reception, discounted parking very close, decent breakfast and ideally placed for Ovo.
Disliked: Towels very thin, some issues with waiting staff, some failings in explaining operation of lift and room door, lobby seating uncomfortable, room rate a bit on the high side.
