Friendly, polite staff. Couldn’t do enough for you. Made me feel at home. The rooms were well set out and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. After the concert there was security on the doors to check you were staying there which was a great touch as it made me feel very safe. Fantastic hotel with a great team. Definitely will be back, loved my stay. 1st class service.

Disliked: I had a booking with yourselves for a twin room for 2 including breakfast on the 19th March.  On arrival for check in l was informed that we had to be transfered  to your sister hotel  the Moxy due to building work .I was not contacted  prior to my arrival regarding these changes .  I had pre booked with yourselves  due to the amenities you provide , room size , standard  quality and it was suited for the atmosphere l was  seeking.  I was  very disappointed  with the transfer. Although l appreciate  the Moxy is your sister hotel the standard  was not worth the  same quality as that l would have received with yourselves . The online pricing even reflects this fact.  I do not believe l should have been charged the same  price for my stay at the  Moxy  as that l would have been charged with yourselves.  If l had been given the option prior  to my visit l would  have chosen an alternative accommodation. .  Belive l should be offered some sort of refund as l was charged £182 . For a room that would have  originally costed £124 at the moxy .I emailed a month ago regarding my dissatisfaction and l am still yet to receive a response. I am disappointed in the service provided and and poor response to my complaint.

Liked: Can't give review as at 19.30 the night before (Fri..,due on Sat) Got an abrupt call cancelling our room ..no offer or real apology..After much complaints finally got a lady from hotel who sorted out a transfer to moxy hotel ..had booking for restaurant who likewise cancelled..claimed problem with upper rooms ..even tho several lights were on in them later ..

Liked: Staff were friendly and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Room could have been cleaner, the carpet was stained and the walls of the room were dirty. It’s also a 25 minute walk from the city center.
