Friendly, polite staff. Couldn’t do enough for you. Made me feel at home. The rooms were well set out and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. After the concert there was security on the doors to check you were staying there which was a great touch as it made me feel very safe. Fantastic hotel with a great team. Definitely will be back, loved my stay. 1st class service.

Disliked: The name of the hotel/building is not obvious while driving. There are limited signs in the car park directing to the hotel reception as the hotel and car park are in two different buildings adjacent to each other

Liked: Location was ideal for our visit.
Disliked: The Family Room we were given was not cleaned properly. The carpet next to the bathroom was soaking wet and smelled terrible. The bathroom also smelled bad and my wife and youngest children could not stay in the room. We informed the property and was told that there was nothing they could do as there were no other rooms available and the cleaning staff had gone home. My family had to squeeze into the bed on the other standard room we had booked while I slept in the family room. The next morning we spoke to the manager and she offered an apology and a full refund for the family room. We are still waiting to receive the refund payment as promised.
