Disliked: Refrigerator didn’t work and no remote for tv

Not what we hoped for

Liked: The location was great. Check in/out was speedy.
Disliked: Pool was closed our entire trip. Vending machine on our floor didn't work. No towels at the hot tub area even after a couple times request. No trolley schedules available at the desk. Wifi wouldn't connect most of our 2 day trip.

Liked: Location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, size and quantity of tvs, size of hot tub, pool towels were good
Disliked: The vending machines weren’t stocked, the size of the refrigerator in the room was too small, the placement of the tv in the suite was bad, the bathroom had no fan, pool was temporarily closed on our last night which was a huge bummer, hot tub temp wasn’t warm enough, the construction going on

Liked: Motel staff was very friendly. It was very clean.
Disliked: No fan in bathroom. Shower let water get on floor because it didn’t have enclosure. No safe secured WiFi. Plug ins and phone plugs didn’t not work except a few. Pool was not heated and children were in pool unsupervised. Hot tub was not clean. For capacity pool and hot tub space was not adequate. Very noisy at nighttime in halls and above my room.
