Disliked: It has hidden charges. I booked for some 400 £ but they charged us 450£ . Later added another 22£ city tax. Had to pay for parking and breakfast was really expensive so didn’t try.

Would maybe stay again

Liked: Location is fabulous. Kind and attentive staff with one exception Allia was a very unfriendly and unprofessional staff member, she was not welcoming at the desk and berated us while she served at the bar.
Disliked: Allia. Otherwise all great

Liked: Warm welcome, lots of information about Spa days and also restaurants! Room was spacious, clean, and quiet as we had one not on the main road. Parking is just on the corner under the Marriot and you can access it easily. We used the hotel rate and just paid for the three days. Really easy as you can come and go without paying time and time again. We didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment. We did ask for extra towels one day and they were at the door in 5 minutes! Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Disliked: Parking not free.
