Courtyard by Marriott Franklin Cool Springs

My wife and I enjoyed our one night stay very much. Our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. It was also spacious, with beautiful furnishings and finishes. The staff that we spoke with were very kind. We hope to visit again. Thank you!

Disliked: We were told at check in breakfast was from 6-10am and at 6:15am there was no staff and the breakfast area wasn't open. We decided to go ahead and check out about 6:30am and at that time it was still closed.

Disliked: The staff very unfriendly. Housekeeping was the nicest. Bistro lady had the personality of a turnip. Bed didn’t feel like a king.
