Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth I-30 West Near NAS JRB

Overall, I would stay there again without hesitation. For the price, you are getting a nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. It is also very close to the local attractions, which makes it a convenient place to stay.

Liked: The rooms are nice and the bed was comfy. I needed to print off a parking pass for the next day's event and there was a convenient area for me to do so.
Disliked: The staff there was very nice and helpful but it was obvious that they needed more staff and more training. I had to show proof that I prepaid online and somewhat argue that I had already paid for the room because the lady was saying she didn't see where I had paid. More training might be necessary so they know how to tell if a guest has already paid. That's not a fun way to start the experience.

Liked: The location was convenient and quiet. All staff members were friendly and happy to assist with any requests.
Disliked: The air conditioner reset to 76 degrees while I was out and the room became warm. It quickly cooled back off once I adjusted the thermostat, so this was not a big deal.

Liked: First time to stay at a Marriott Courtyard in several years. I chose this hotel because of the location for where I needed to the next morning for a meeting.
Disliked: This hotel has a renovated (lobby) but found most areas (elevator area, pool area) aren't in good shape. My room faced a parking garage and the toilet would take forever to flush. Had to try 2-3 times. When I went downstairs for breakfast the next morning, found there was no real breakfast style buffet (included) like the places I typically stay with hot options. There was a Starbucks inside the lobby. They made me a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast and I got one cup of coffee and said that was included in my stay. Also, there appears to be transient types who are allowed to come inside and use the computers in the lobby so I did not really feel safe staying here. Won't be back.

Liked: The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and very kind. He made us feel welcome as our flight arrived early and we checked in very quickly. Keep up the good work and thank you for making our first time in Texas a wonderful memory. We will definitely be back and enjoyed the environment and staff.
