Went to check into the hotel and I'm told I don't have a room they are full for the night. Then I'm told they are overbooked like this all the time and they can get me a room at the courtyard down the street for $60.00 more. Never once did they say I'm sorry. I've never been treated like this at any other Marriott. Would not recommend. What's the point of a reservation if you actually don't get a room reserved.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: No vacancy.

Liked: The allergy room is amazing. The fresh air smell can't be beat. The room very clean. Even the light fixtures and behind the doors. Great place to feel healthy and safe.

Not what we expected.

Liked: The staff was top notch outstanding. The bed was comfortable. We loved the outside courtyard for our dog. We enjoyed the location it was easy to get to everything.
Disliked: The wifi sucked. We were never about to access the free internet. The pool was cold and we had called ahead to make sure it was heated as avertized. Both of these were important to our decision of where we going to stay. We called several locations before making this choice, so not being able to use the internet or being able to use the pool for three days was very disapointing. The lighting was very dark and gloomy. We will not stay there again.

Disliked: At the moment, it seems that I’m being charged for a stay on April 20, 2025, and I am back at home. My original stay was for a day on March 30th. Not sure why my credit card is incorrectly being charged, and I’m not there.
