Very clean and nice.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: Reserved a king room and got a double queen.

Went to check into the hotel and I'm told I don't have a room they are full for the night. Then I'm told they are overbooked like this all the time and they can get me a room at the courtyard down the street for $60.00 more. Never once did they say I'm sorry. I've never been treated like this at any other Marriott. Would not recommend. What's the point of a reservation if you actually don't get a room reserved.

Liked: Room was good and clean.
Disliked: The staff overnight was rude. Did not open the door while I was waiving from outside. She took her sweet time and then kept talking to a person. Finally after a minute or so she opened the door and wasn’t happy to see me. Finally in the morning she could check me out and wanted to charge my card. I said ok do it but she could not do that either and then I have to wait for the supervisor to come wipe my uber was waiting outside. Supervisor came and said he has prepared and did few clicks and checked me out. Everything was okay except the night staff lady. Not good for business I guess.

Beautiful lobby and bistro area

Liked: Really nice lobby and bistro. Saint have a buffet breakfast but having the bistro there was more convenient. My daughter liked the Starbucks options in the morning. Great exercise facility. Spacious room with a couch.
Disliked: My daughter was disappointed we didn’t get an a balcony with our suite. The pool was cold but it didn’t stop kids from playing. Neighborhood around the block was a little run down but we did see a good police presence in the surrounding streets so we felt like the car was safe.

Disliked: Breakfast was confusing, there wasn’t any when we when down at 8am. It starts at 7am

Liked: The allergy room is amazing. The fresh air smell can't be beat. The room very clean. Even the light fixtures and behind the doors. Great place to feel healthy and safe.
