Liked: shuttle from airport, staff
Disliked: I booked two rooms but one one was in their system so we had to double up. We were not told of the $20 per person charge to take us to the cruise ship until the day of. Then we were given a time to be in the lobby but had to wait 45 minutes. Also sofa bed was very uncomfortable

Excellent Hotel for Cruising Guests

Liked: I was a little worried after I had read some reviews. However my own experience was terrific! This hotel was a very nice hotel. The beds were comfy, we loved the extended tub/shower and the eating/waiting area in the lobby was very spacious. The food at their bistro was very good too!The best part was the staff! They were very kind and accommodating when we arrived before our room was ready. They stored our luggage so we could grab lunch and visit Bass Pro next door.They really know how to take care of their cruising guests! At any one time, they have about 10-20 guest coming in to stay. At the same time they've got about 20-30 people boarding shuttles to take them to the cruise port. Everything was handled professionally. I would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: A few guests were rude towards the front desk and restaurant employees!

Disappointing

Disliked: I reserved shuttle service to airport for an early morning flight and driver never showed. Main desk clerk was not honest about restaurants within walking distance. I called front desk several times to get information and calls were never answered. Printer at business center was out of ink so I alerted front desk. They basically shrugged it off. Laundry room floor and dryers were filthy.

Disliked: Onsite bistro was understaffed and not open for some hours during the day and evening. Waited 30+ minutes to order breakfast. Long line for food. The property is not walking distance to any convenient alternative restaurants. Shuttle to cruise port driver was very nice and informative.
