Disliked: Door comes right off of the room fridge so no fridge at all

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The pool was freezing and cloudy, hot tub was slimy and had something floating in it. The room had damage to the furniture and missing nobs. Outlets didn’t work, the remote didn’t have batteries and the alarm clock didn’t work. It was extremely outdated. We were on a second floor with no screen in the window that opened wide open - safety issue. The windows were disgustingly dirty

Very comfortable stay

Liked: Peaceful, you cannot hear the other guests in their rooms like other hotels. And we didnt get no complaints about the kids. The rooms are big and the view is gorgeous. We loved the courtyard access from our room.
Disliked: The pool wasn't clean but that could just be the time we stayed. I didnt like that my room did not have a fridge like most standard rooms. And our booking on booking.com said breakfast was an additional $10, but when we went to eat, they charged extra for each item and the prices were high.
