Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility and shop were clean and convenient.
Disliked: The rooms could have been cleaner. The bathroom especially was dirty and could have used a deeper cleaning.

Liked: The hotel was quiet & halls & elevators were clean as was the parking lot.
Disliked: Upon check in we were told our room would be cleaned daily unless we requested different. We requested daily room cleaning & no one came until we asked for it to be cleaned & was told by the front desk that housekeeping had already cleaned the room. Our room also did not have remote for the tv & there were very channels to pick from. The pillows were absolutely horrible & need to be changed ASAP.

Liked: It was on our way to Washington, good location not far from 95. The room is big and there is free parking available on site.
Disliked: A bit expensive.
