Exceptional

Liked: The halls new carpet and pad had good cushion. The fitness center was good.
Disliked: Pool and hot tub closed. Would appreciate if info was on website. Should take off the price of stay. 3rd time in our travels that the pool and hot tub were closed and we only travel a couple times a year. Some materials in remodel felt of cheap quality.

Excellent Hotel

Liked: The hotel is definitely worth the price. I have stayed in several different hotels in Farmington over the years. Not having amenities that I can't use while I'm there is excellent! The staff is so professional, kind, respectful, and takes customer service seriously. The hotel is quiet and clean. I will definitely be returning.
Disliked: The only reason I gave a 9/10 star is due to the poor water pressure in the shower. Thankfully, the showerhead has adjustable settings that allowed me to rinse my hair. But if water pressure is my only "complaint" for the stay, I am good with that!

Liked: The check in lady was very pleasant I wish I got her name, the housekeeping staff was very welcoming as well.

Superb

Disliked: They charged me $250 saying we smoked in the room my husband I don't even smoke so I'm not 100% sure how that can even happen I will never be returning. My account is now negative and I have never had a negative balance since I have been with my bank.
