Liked: Hotel host I believe his name was David is the perfect example of how a hotel host is expected to be in a hotel of that stature . He was very friendly and made sure all my accomodations were met . Thanks you David . Your HR dept. Know how to pick'em.
Disliked: More noise reduction for the side of the hotel facing freeway .

Liked: Excellent front desk agent. We had the key to our room within 5 minutes. He was also very courteous and knew the surrounding area very well.
Disliked: Confortable bed and pillows; pool.
