Great location with some shortfalls

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The View bar area was dirty and uncared for.Ashtrays overflowing, drinks not collected in (one table for two days) and food debris on the floor. Meanwhile the barman played on his laptop!

Disliked: Air con didn’t work in room, boiling hot all night. Breakfast space was cramped

Disliked: Room was way too hot and aircon didn't function well

disrupted nights sleep and poorly...

Disliked: Fire alarm at 2.45am - didn't mind the alarm ( understandable) but situation poorly managed by very limited staff
