Liked: Reception staff delightful, even when stressed.
Disliked: NO FOOD AVAIABLE AGAIN AFTER GAME. Restaurant fully booked, assured downstairs bar food available. 45 - 50 minute wait was the comment. I cannot understand why the hotel is incapable of coping with "after match" numbers. Each time we book we have this problem. I saw three deliveries of MacDonalds brought openly into the bar. Deliveroo must be VERY happy.

Liked: Great view. Took a while to clear the table from the previous guests. Running short of a few things. Slightly chaotic as they were very busy, over 400 guests. The staff were still helpful & friendly.
Disliked: We had food in the bar after the match & our friends meals took a long time to come, we had finished ours even though we ordered at the same time.

Liked: Good location for my purposes.
Disliked: The hotel tried to add a £12 car parking charge on top of the room rate. Took it off when I queried, but really?? Persistent and irritating noise in my room through the night (lift? heating?) Service in bar incredibly slow - though the staff did apologise. Chose hotel for availability of EV charging. Couldn’t use it. Cars parked up all night.
