Checking in cumbersome because computers...

Liked: Location easily accessible from a variety of highways. Hotel was clean and quiet.
Disliked: Iron was broken. Had to go to front desk to replenish coffee and cups on second day of stay. Had to request hair dryer and towels second and third day of stay. Customer service functional not spontaneous or anticipatory.
