Disliked: No working elevators and the stair ways were so hot i felt like i was going to pass out. room got so hot it became a sweat box during the night. The “free breakfast coupon” we never received until AFTER checkout even tho it was supposed to be delivered before 8:30.

Liked: The beautiful view of Lake Erie was amazing. The room was so inviting and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.

Liked: Room. Outdoor landscaping was nice. Restaurants across walkway were very good. Facility was clean. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Enough parking in garage.
Disliked: Too little smoking areas. Too many kids in infinity pool even as late as 9pm. Sit down breakfast with wait staff would have been nice. No smoking on patios.
